(KLZA)--A Hiawatha man has pled not guilty in connection with a felony charge of forgery.
36-year-old Andrew Lear entered the plea in Richardson County District Court July 8th.
After the plea was entered, a jury trial was scheduled for 9:00 on the morning of September 10th.
Lear was arrested in May after a Falls City business reported falling victim to receiving counterfeit money.
Authorities allege Lear used counterfeit twenty dollar bills at several Falls City businesses prior to his arrest.
