(KLZA)-- 30-year old Keith A. Ferris of Falls City entered a plea of not guilty to felony burglary charges in two separate cases in Richardson County District Court Tuesday.
In the first case Ferris is charged with breaking into a building in the 400 block of Fulton Street in April and taking a 1953 Harley Davidson motorcycle and scrap copper.
In the second case he is accused of breaking into a home in the 2100 block of Morton Street in Falls City and stealing a television.
Ferris is scheduled to have jury trials on each charge on November 12th.
