(KMZA)--A Mayetta man, arrested in May on a charge of rape, is free on a $100,000 own-recognizance bond.
Jess Gustin has been held in the Nemaha County Jail since he was arrested on May 27th by the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department.
Since that time, Gustin, 20-years-old at the time of his arrest, has seen the charge amended from rape to aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
According to court documents, Gustin is accused of having unlawful sexual relations with a victim between the ages of 14 and 15 from March of 2013 to March of 2014.
His next court date is set for September 11th.
