(KLZA)-- The sentencing date for 31-year old Chance Simon of Falls City has been continued to September 30th in Richardson County District Court.
Simon entered a plea of no-contest, as part of a pair of plea agreements in June. In the first case Simon is charged with possession of a controlled substance, Hydrocodone. In exchange for his plea, felony charges of possession of marijuana were dismissed.
In the second case, Simon entered the no-contest plea to a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. In exchange for his plea in this case, a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver was dismissed.
Simon was arrested December 13th, 2013 by the Falls City Police Department on a warrant. When arrested he was in possession of drugs.
