(KLZA)-- 22-year old Ethan M. Bentley of Stella is scheduled for a November 12th jury trial in Richardson County District Court on felony charges of terroristic threats and burglary and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
Bentley entered a plea of not guilty to the charges on Tuesday. He is accused of breaking an outside window to gain entry into Burbank Apartments in Falls City and threatening a resident on July 12th of this year.
