(KLZA)-- A Stella man accused of breaking into a Falls City apartment building in July and threatening a resident has entered into a plea agreement.
22-year-old Ethan Bentley entered a no contest plea in Richardson County District Court Tuesday to a felony count of terroristic threats and misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
In exchange for the plea, a charge of burglary was dismissed.
Sentencing is scheduled for November 18th. Bond was continued in the case and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
