(KLZA)--A 47-year old Craig, Missouri man, facing charges in connection with attempted murder in Richardson County, is free on $40,000 bond.
Joseph Senn Jr. is scheduled to appear Monday in Richardson County Court on charges of attempted murder in the 2nd degree; using a firearm to commit a felony; carrying a concealed weapon; and terroristic threats.
Senn was arrested October 4 by the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office after officers were dispatched to a house owned by Buckley Auxier near Dawson. Auxier reported a man fired a handgun at him.
A woman with Senn at the time of his arrest, 43-year old Natalie Auxier, is now wanted on a warrant after failing to appear in Richardson County Court. Natalie Auxier was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon; being an accessory to a felony and terroristic threats. She was released from custody after she was placed in the Richardson County Jail and had to be transported to Community Medical Center with a medical problem.
