Dawson Woman Appears on Felony Charges

(KLZA)-- A December 1st preliminary hearing has been set for a Dawson woman charged in connection with a shooting in Dawson area last month.

 

43-year-old Natalie Auxier appeared in Richardson County Court Monday on felony counts of conspiracy to commit a class II felony and being an accessory to a class II felony. She also faces a misdemeanor charge is carrying a concealed weapon.

Bond was set at $100,000.

Auxier along with 47-year-old Craig, Missouri resident Joseph Senn Jr.  were arrested last month after the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a shot fired at a man at a rural Dawson residence. 

Auxier allegedly told Senn to shoot one of three men at the scene on October 4th.  When the pair was arrested, a 9 mm handgun was found on the passenger side of the vehicle, where Auxier was allegedly riding. 

Auxier was released from custody when hospitalized and later missed a court appearance. She was arrested by the U.S. Marshall’s Service in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
