(KNZA)--An Atchison County man will stand trial on a felony charge of arson.
39-year-old Johnny Hogue was bound over to Brown County District Court Wednesday following the conclusion of his preliminary hearing.
Arraignment was set for November 24th.
Hogue was arrested in late June in Potter after the Brown County Sheriff’s Department asked for the public’s assistance in locating him.
He’s accused of setting fire to a 1998 Chevy Camaro belonging to Michelle Koppa on March 4th.
Hogue also faces a misdemeanor charge of sexual battery in a separate case. That charge was filed in August.
He remains in the Brown County Jail.
