Robinson Man Sentenced To Prison

Raymond "Chris" Lee

(KNZA)--A Robinson man, who entered an Alford Plea in August for attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child, is going to prison for nearly three years.

Raymond “Chris” Lee learned his fate Monday in Brown County District Court when District Judge Jim Patton denied Lee's request for probation.

Instead, he was ordered to serve 34 months in prison, the maximum for the offense.

Lee's Alfrord Plea, which maintains innocence but admits the prosecution could likely prove the charge, came after he originally pled not guilty in March.

He was arrested in April of last year for the alleged crime involving a child born in 2001.
