(KNZA)--A Wetmore man accused of exposing himself to two minor children in Hoyt in September has waived his preliminary hearing.
24-year-old Jason Seematter was bound over to Jackson County District Court last week on two felony counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. Arraignment was set for December 12th.
Authorities say Seematter allegedly exposed himself to two nine-year-old children near the Royal Valley Elementary School on September 27th. The children reported the incident to law enforcement.
Seematter was arrested on October 1st at his home in Wetmore following numerous tips from the public.
