Falls City Mayor Hersh Leaves Office
12/03/2014

(KLZA)-- Monday night was the final night as Mayor of Falls City for Tim Hersh.  Hersh concluded his term with his Mayors report. He encouraged everyone to continue to push forward in the future, continuing to make Falls City a great community.

The Mayor said he did not have enough time to thank everyone but did point out the efforts of City Clerk, Treasurer, Administrator Gary Jorn; EDGE Executive Director Beckie Cromer and Jerry Oliver who served as Council President during a majority of the past four years.

Hersh did not seek a second term as Mayor of Falls City, choosing instead to make a run for Richardson County Sheriff, losing in the May primary.
