(KAIR)--An Atchison man, accused of taking part in a residential burglary, has agreed to a plea deal in the case.
28-year-old Joshua Spurlock appeared in Atchison County District Court Friday morning to plead no contest to one count of felony theft. In exchange for the plea, one count of felony aggravated burglary of a dwelling was dropped.
