(KMZA)--The Nemaha County Sheriff's Department is investigating the theft of a pickup from a rural Seneca residence.
The sheriff's office says at about 1 o'clock on Christmas Eve an unknown person took a 1996 Chevy pickup from a residence at 2382 K-63 Highway.
The vehicle was recovered later that day abandoned in the parking lot of the Apostolic Church in Sabetha.
The vehicle was undamaged and returned to the owner.
