(KAIR)--Three candidates have filed for election in April for positions on Atchison County's school boards.
According to County Clerk Pauline Lee, Herb Gwaltney has filed for re election to the USD 409 Board of Education. He currently serves as board President.
For the USD 377 Board of Education, Mike Lee has filed for re election to the board's at large position, while Michael Regan has filed for the position one spot currently held by Brian Jolly.
The deadline to file for election is noon on January 27th.
