Richardson County District Courtroom
(KLZA)-- 30-year old Lucas Morehead of Falls City appeared in Richardson County District Court this past week for arraignment on a felony charge theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Morehead entered a plea of not guilty to the charge. A jury trial is scheduled for October 21st.
Morehead is charge with the theft of a camera, a gaming system and video game components in March.
