(KLZA)-- A Falls City woman has pleaded " not guilty" to charges in two cases.
In the first case, 35-year-old April Feighner is charged with being an accessory to a felony. A jury trial was scheduled for October 21st. Bond was continued in the case.
In the second case, Feighner is charged with a felonty count of theft by receiving stolen property involving a 4-wheeler stolen in April.
An October 21st jury trial was set for Feighner in both cases.
She was arraigned in both cases this past week in Richardson County District Court.
