(KMZA)--Seneca is the weekend destination for the Kansas Fur Harvesters Association, as the group holds its annual State Rendezvous in the Nemaha County community.
District 5 Director Jim Buser says the event will run from Friday through Sunday, at the Nemaha County Community Building in Seneca. “Both Friday and Saturday, the vendor building actually opens up at 8:00 each morning, then the demonstrations start around 9:00. We've got demonstrations scheduled every hour until 5:00 in the afternoon.”
Along with demonstrations, contests will be held as part of the Rendezvous on Saturday. The event will also include breakfast all three days, a dinner on Saturday, an awards program, and a White Elephant Auction.
On Sunday morning, it opens at 7:00, leading up to the wrap-up at noon.
Everyone is invited to attend.
