Warrant Leads To Seneca Pot Arrest

(KMZA)--A Topeka man received an unexpected wake up call while staying in a Seneca motel last week. 

According to the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department, a search warrant was executed on the motel room where 21-year-old Kaleb Jacobson was staying last Thursday. He was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Jacobson was released from custody Saturday on a bond of $2,500. He's expected to appear in court on November 3rd.
