(KAIR)--A two-vehicle wreck in Leavenworth Wednesday afternoon sent two to the hospital.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reports that it happened on Eisenhower Road, just east of Tenth Road just after 12:20. A Toyota Camry, driven by 56-year-old Lynn Leath of Leavenworth was traveling west on Eisenhower Road, when it was struck by a Kia Optima, driven by 37-year-old Deanne Ruebhausen, also of Leavenworth, who was attempted to turn left onto Eisenhower Road from a private drive.

Ruebhausen and a passenger in Leath's vehicle, 56-year-old Robert Leath were both transported to local hospitals for treatment of possible injuries.

The Patrol says that all the occupants were wearing seat belts.
