Pawnee City City Hall
(KLZA)--The Mayor of Pawnee City has decided to resign.
Announcement of Deb Klein's decision comes as part of the agenda for Monday's meeting of the Pawnee City Council.
The Council will review Klein's letter of resignation at that time.
The letter submitted by Klein notes an ongoing decline in her health as the reason for her resignation.
The matter will be addressed, including how to fill the vacancy created by the resignation, when the Council meets Monday evening at 7:00.
