Some Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) offices will be closed Friday, Nov. 10, in honor of Veterans Day.
MDC nature centers (except for the Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center in downtown Kansas City), most offices, and all shooting ranges will be open Nov. 10.

Southwest Regional Office in Springfield.
MDC Permit Services staff will be answering phones on this day before the opening weekend of the fall firearms deer hunting season to help with permit inquiries. Hunter Education staff will also be available to answer related questions. Call 573-751-4115.
