Upon search of his vehicle, officers found 15 pounds of high-grade marijuana in the trunk, known as "fluff."

In the factual basis report, Montgomery says he was heading from California to Leavenworth to deliver the drugs.

The estimated value of the marijuana is 15 thousand dollars.

Montgomery could face 14 to 51 months in prison.

Sentencing is scheduled for February 3rd.
