Atchison Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault, Faces Additional Formal Charges
A 26 year old Atchison man is in jail on what is now multiple charges.

Monday in Atchison County Court, Harding had an additional count of felony criminal threat filed against him.
The alleged victim is 41 year old Chantiel Kley, who was booked for disorderly conduct for allegedly starting the disturbance.
Also booked on misdemeanor disorderly conduct was 18 year old Trevor Kiehl.
Kley and Kiehl are out on bond while Harding remains in jail on 25 thousand dollars bond.
Harding will make his next appearance in court January 20th.
