(KNZA)--A Horton woman has been arrested on multiple drug charges.
Based on an intensive investigation, Brown County Sheriff John Merchant, in a release, said the Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force executed a search warrant last Friday evening, August 15, at residence located at 645 West 13th Street, in Horton.
Deputies seized about 7 grams of methamphetamine, more than 2 pounds of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and numerous firearms--including a .22 pistol confirmed stolen out of Michigan.
43-year-old Gayleen Koon was arrested on on charges of possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, distribution of meth, distribution of marijuana and no drug tax stamp.
Following her arrest, Koon was booked into the Brown County Jail. She was later released on bond.
The investigation is ongoing.
