Falls City School Board Approves Superintendent Salary, Principal Contracts

 The Falls City Board of Education approved the compensation for Superintendent Tim Heckenlively, and extended contracts to the four district principals, for the next school year.  The action came following an executive session Monday night.
 The board approved a three-percent salary increase for Superintendent Heckenlively, bringing his compensation for the 2012-13 school year to $122,595.  The contract is effective from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. 
 The board also approved contracts with district principals Gale Dunkhas, Rick Johnson, JP Holys, and Ernie Valentine for the next school year.  Compensation will be determined at a later date.
