(KAIR) -- Three of the four suspects charged with the September burglary of the abandoned BioFoods building in rural Oskaloosa have entered pleas.
Kevin Davis, Senior pled not guilty Thursday morning in Jefferson County District Court to all charges.
Those include, in addition to the burglary charge, felony theft and felony criminal damage and drug charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He’s alleged to have broken into the county-owned building, stripping and taking thousands of dollars of scrap materials.
Upon his arrest, officers discovered substances and paraphernalia believed to be and used for meth and marijuana on Davis.
A jury trial in the case was set for February 26th.
Davis remains in Jefferson County Jail.
Two others Thursday, Jacob Courter and Christopher Dollen, pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary as part of a plea deal.
In exchange, charges of felony criminal damage and felony theft were dismissed.
Dollen remains in Jefferson County Jail while Courter is out on bond.
Sentencing for the duo will be February 7th.
A preliminary hearing for the fourth defendant in the case, Pleasant Courter, is set for January 29th.
