A passenger in the Cohorst vehicle, 61-year-old Patricia George of Nortonville, was transported to the Atchison Hospital with neck and facial injuries.

Facial lacerations were among the injuries for Westmoreland.

Wilson says all occupants in the Cohorst vehicle were wearing seatbelts and its unknown if Westmoreland was buckled up.
