(KAIR) -- An Atchison County farm organization is accepting applications for “Century Farms.”
You might ask, what’s a “Century Farm?” (Play Audio)
That’s Nancy Fasse, Corrdinator for the Atchison Farm Bureau Association.
The designation applies to Farm Bureau members only, but Fasse says there’s a couple ways that people that qualify can apply (Audio Continues)
Fasse says the organization has designated 30 to 40 locations around the county for the past 13 years.
The deadline for applications is May 15th.
