(KLZA) 71 year old Eugene “Buddy” Waters appeared in Richardson County District Court Tuesday for arraignment on felony charges including domestic assault in the second degree a class III-A felony; terroristic threats, a Class IV felony; using a firearm to commit a felony a class I-C felony and habitual criminal.
Waters entered a plea of not guilty to all of the charges and a jury trial date was set for June 12th.
Waters is accused of assaulting his wife in Falls City in September of 2012. Bond has been set at $300,000.
Waters was arrested in Saline County, Kansas on a Richardson County warrant on February 20th.
Waters is also facing burglary charges in Pawnee County.
