(KNZA)--The latest in a series of regional informational meetings, focused on preventing financial abuse and exploitation of older adults, will happen in Hiawatha Thursday.
It's made possible through a partnership between the non-profit Mainstream, Incorporated, of Topeka, and the Northeast Kansas Area Agency on Aging.
Herb Callison, Executive Director of Mainstream, says Kansas Attorney General will personally be present during the Hiawatha session, joining other speakers.
The free session in Hiawatha is planned from 10 until 12 Noon Thursday at the Morrill Public Library.
Registration begins at 9:30 that morning.
