Rodney Dean Morgan
(KNZA)--A Denison man is arrested following a Thursday night vehicle check in Jackson County.
Sheriff Tim Morse says 54-year-old Rodney Dean Morgan had parked his Ford Ranger on the northbound ramp to 150th Road from U.S. Highway 75 with its flashers on.
A deputy stopped to check the vehicle shortly before 8:00, and that led to Morgan's arrest on charges of possession of methamphetamine, illegal possession of depressants, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container, DUI, and battery on a law enforcement officer.
Morgan remains in the Jackson County Jail where bond is pending.
