(KLZA) A Reserve, Kansas has been bound over to Richardson County District Court for arraignment on charges in two separate cases.
In the first case, 41-year-old Gregory Frederick is charged with felony count of possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.
In the second case, Frederick is charged with a felony count of possession of a controlled substance alleged to have been methamphetamine and a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon, alleged to have been a knife.
Arraignment is scheduled for May 21st.
