( KNZA )--An area newspaper publisher accused of sexual battery and phone harassment is to appear in a Doniphan County courtroom next month for arraignment.
During a hearing Tuesday, a judge set a June 4th arraignment date for Dana Foley of Wathena who faces five counts of sexual battery and three counts of harassment by telephone.
The criminal complaint against Foley was filed in March by the Kansas Attorney General’s office.
According to the complaint, the alleged offenses occurred between June 2008 and October 2011 involving three individuals.
Foley is owner/publisher of the Horton Headlight and the Kansas Chief.
