(KTNC) - A Richardson County man will spend time in prison for failing to register as a sex offender.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Omaha says 51-year-old Roger Price of Rulo was sentenced to 18 months in prison and an additional 10 years of supervised release.
Price had previously been convicted in the state of Delaware of an offense that required him to register as a sex offender for life. The U.S. Marshals Service became aware last October that Price was living in Rulo and that he had not registered as a sex offender with the state of Nebraska.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Price had been living in Rulo for at least two months when they learned he was living in the state.
