( KNZA )--A Highland teenager will stand trial on charges in a Doniphan County child sex case.
17-year-old Lewis Davis, who has been certified as an adult, recently waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over to Doniphan County District Court on two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14.
Arraignment was set for June 29th.
Davis was charged following an investigation by the Highland Police Department.
He remains in the Doniphan County Jail.
