Weather Service says be Ready for Heat, Humidity, this Summer

(KTNC) -  Temperatures have been in the 70s across the region recently, a far cry from the extreme heat of a year ago.
 Still, today (Thursday) is Heat Awareness Day, as we’re reminded about the dangers of steamy, hot, weather.  Meteorologist Jeff Johnson, at the National Weather Service, says don’t be fooled by the recent weather, the heat and humidity is coming.  (play audio  :11   “than last year.”)
