(KAIR) -- A 23-year-old Atchison woman has pled guilty to a burglary charge as part of a plea deal.
In exchange, a misdemeanor theft charge was dismissed against Kurrie Albright Monday in Atchison County District Court.
She was arrested by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office for breaking into a rural Everest residence while no one was home in late May.
Sentencing is set for July 15th.
