( KNZA )--If you notice a roar in the air, and 60 to 70 motorcycles coming through northeast Kansas Saturday, it’s the Second Harvest Motorcycle Ministry’s 2nd Annual Gun Run.
The 175-mile ride will kick-off at the Redemption Center Church in Topeka, with stops at three different shooting ranges.
Participates will stop first at the Kaw Valley Gun Club in Topeka, then at the Horton Shooting Complex west of Horton, before finishing the competition at the Tri-County Gun Club in Linwood.
Participates will have five shots at each range, with points awarded for accuracy. Prizes—including a $100 cash award—will be presented to the top finishers.
The Gun Run is designed to raise funds for the motorcycle ministry.
