(KLZA) 25 year old Tobias Jochum of Falls City appeared in Richardson County District Court Tuesday for a re-sentencing hearing for violating his probation.
Previously Jochum was convicted on a class I misdemeanor charge of Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Tuesday Jochum’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to spend one year in the Richardson County Jail with credit allowed for 29 days served.
Court costs of $162 were also assessed.
