Once the project is started it should be completed within 60 days.

Council members also approved a request to lease a Skid Steer Loader from NMC Cat for $3,500 for a year.  This will be the third year the City has leased a Hi-Flow skid steer.  The price to purchase one is estimated at $35-40,000.  With the lease a new machine is used each year.

The Council also approved a request for infrastructure improvements for the Wilderness Falls Subdivision.  This is the same request approved during a June meeting but the Subdivision name is not for Wilderness Falls and not Champions Crossing.
