( KNZA )--The preliminary hearing for a 40-year-old Robinson man charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child has been pushed back to September.
The hearing for Raymond “ Chris” Lee was postponed Wednesday in a Brown County courtroom to September 4th.
Lee was arrested in April following a joint investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department, Kansas Bureau of Investigation and Kansas Department for Children and Families.
He’s accused of engaging in the lewd fondling or touching of a child born in 2001.
Lee remains free on $150,000 bond.
