Raptor Recovery Program Coming to Falls City Library
08/01/2013

(KTNC) - The sixth and final program for the Falls City Library’s “Six Wednesdays at the Library” series is scheduled for Wednesday, August 7th.
Children in Kindergarten through fifth grade are invited to the Library from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., for a program with Denise Lewis of Raptor Recovery.
Raptor Recovery receives hundreds of injured, sick, poisoned, or orphaned birds of prey at their treatment center each year.  They nurse the birds back to health and return them to their natural habitat.  Fontanelle Forest has recently taken over Raptor Recovery.
Children will hear stories and make crafts following the program, which is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
