(KLZA) 24 year old Jessie Luginbill of Verdon appeared in Richardson County District Court Tuesday for arraignment on a Class III felony charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, Aid or Abet.
Luginbill entered a plea of not guilty to the charge and a jury trial date was scheduled for October 9th. A hearing on an application for bond reduction was held. Judge Daniel Bryan reduced the bond to a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.
Luginbill is accused of stealing motors and copper wire valued at more than $1,500 in February of this year.
