(KLZA) -- 26 year old James J. Lunsford of Falls City was arraigned in Richardson County District Court this week on a class IV felony charge of Criminal Mischief and a class II misdemeanor charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking.
Lunsford entered a plea of not guilty to the charges and a jury trial ahs been scheduled to begin December 11th.
The charges stem from damage to a house and the alleged theft of copper wire and a central air until.
