Clinton Lee McKinney
(KNZA)--25-years in prison and life as a registered sex offender.
That’s the sentence handed down Friday in a Jackson County Courtroom for 37-year-old Clinton McKinney.
He was found guilty in August of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and furnishing a cereal malt beverage to a minor.
Jackson County Attorney Shawna Miller says along with prison, and registration, McKinney’s sentence requires him to serve 36 months of post release supervision.
The female victim was 15-years-old at the times the crimes occurred during the summer of 2012.
