(MSC News)--A missing 83-year-old Jefferson County man has been located and is safe.
That follows the issuance of a silver alert Tuesday afternoon for Leo Mulvihill.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says the alert is cancelled.
No additional details regarding the situation have yet been made public by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
