(KMZA)--A November 4th preliminary hearing has been set for a Dawson, Nebraska man facing child sex charges in Nemaha County, Ks.
25-year-old Dominic Pagnano Jr. was arrested last Friday on a warrant for rape and sexual exploitation of a child.
Nemaha County Sheriff Rich Vernon says the charges stem from alleged sex crimes involving a minor child occurring between 2009 and 2011.
Pagnano remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $750,000 bond.
