(KLZA) -- 18 year old David Thomas Bond from Port Richey, Florida appeared in Nemaha County, Nebraska Court Tuesday for a bond hearing.
Bond was arrested October 25th on suspicion of sexual assault and false imprisonment for incidents that allegedly occurred in Peru.
Bail bond was set at 10 percent of $40,000. Bond is scheduled to appear in Nemaha County Court again on November 19th at 9 a-m.
