(KAIR)--The third time is not the charm for William Kowalweski. 27-year old Kowalweski will be in court todayfor arraignment on a breech of privacy charge. According to Atchison county attorney Jerry Kuckelman, Kowalweski allegedly was peeping into the window of an apartment located on 3rd and Santa Fe on September 27th of this year. Two weeks before, he had been released from custody after spending a year in prison for the same charge, and had already had another charge of breach of privacy on his record before that.
A warrant was issued for his arrest shortly after the crime was reported, and Kowalweski was arrested and booked into the Atchison county jail on October 10th. No bond information is available.
